EMS provides both planned and reactive maintenance services to a wide range of customers.

​

We discuss the planned maintenance requirements of each property in the customer’s estate and agree a schedule of works that specifies the scope and frequency of the work, and of course, the cost.

​

We arrange for the work to be completed and we keep in regular contact with our customers and clients, providing updates on work both in progress and completed, raising and discussing any issues that may arise.

Reactive maintenance usually requires a swift response. Properties do get damaged, and repairs to windows, doors, sinks, toilets, etc. need to be dealt with quickly.
